No Returns

All sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products. This policy helps us guarantee that all sealed items sold through our store remain untampered and come directly from distribution.

Order Cancellations

Order cancellations may be requested before the order has shipped.
Approved cancellations are subject to a 10% cancellation fee, which covers payment processing and administrative costs.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can review and assist where applicable. Resolution options will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
