Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, promotions, or new product releases, processing times may be extended. Orders placed during these times may take additional business days to process and ship.

We process and ship orders in the order they are received and appreciate your patience during peak periods. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Free standard shipping is available on all U.S. orders over $99 (before tax).

Delivery estimates depend on your selected shipping method and carrier transit times. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Carriers

Twizted TCG primarily ships orders using USPS and UPS. Carrier selection is determined based on order size, weight, destination, and service availability.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Tracking information will be active within 24 hours.

Shipping Area

Twizted TCG currently ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. Tracking numbers will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

Twizted TCG is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. If additional assistance is needed, contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Twizted TCG is not responsible for shipments returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Additional shipping charges may apply to reship returned orders.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Twizted TCG is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure delivery addresses are secure.
